Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return.
ABSOLUTEL NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON PERMITTING PACKAGES OR ENGINEERING PLANS.
Stock items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
State of return. Item must be returned packed in it's original box and packing materials.
Reason for return. Damaged products will be replaced. Not needed or wrong items will need to be shipped prepaid by customer.
Process for return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA # (Return Material Authorization) and marked on exterior of container.
